We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or damaged products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.soishair@yahoo.com and include photos of the product and packaging.

SOIS.HAIR reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
